Simple color schemes: websites such as Face book, and Yahoo are beginning to stick to a certain color scheme so that visitors are able to recognize them, and correlate a certain color with their particular website. It also has to do with brand recognition.

Mobile device access: Many websites are beginning to cater to mobile users, and those on hand held devices. By making the website scheme very simple mobile users are able to easily access, and navigate these websites.

Live Stream: Websites like twitter, and Face book are allowing users to use live stream mode. Live stream mode is basically something that a user can access which will show them any changes, or updates that are made the second it happens. This is extremely important to users who are trying to stay connected with others.

Survey Results

While looking at my surveys results, I was extremely surprised that almost every student answered "yes" to the question of whether or not they felt they lost track of time while using the internet. The rest of the answers showed very moderate computer habits within the students. Although I feel that people should use precautions when it comes to spending time online, I would not worry too much since most students felt that they could go 24 hours without their computers.
